We provide free inquiries and awareness information about cybersecurity matters. These informational services are available to all users regardless of age.

3.2 Service Delivery

To request our services, you must submit the necessary information through our designated channels. We will review your request and determine if we can provide assistance based on the information provided.

3.2.2 Information Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information for us to effectively deliver our services. Failure to provide necessary information may result in our inability to provide the requested services.

We strive to address your requests in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee specific response or resolution times. The complexity of cybersecurity issues varies greatly, and resolution timelines depend on numerous factors, including the nature of the issue and cooperation from third-party platforms.

3.3 Service Limitations

If you have a dispute with one or more users of our Services, you release Gulf.support from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

It is Gulf.support's policy to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Payment Terms

Gulf.support offers both paid and free services. Paid services include anti-extortion solutions, account recovery services, and security problem resolution. Free services include inquiries and awareness information about cybersecurity matters.

6.1.2 Pricing

Prices for our services will be clearly indicated before you agree to purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect services you have already purchased.

6.1.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service (https://stripe.com/legal/consumer) and privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).

6.1.4 Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6.2 Billing

6.2.1 Payment Timing

Payment for our services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. For ongoing services, payment will be charged at the beginning of each service period.

6.2.2 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice.

7. Age Restrictions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

8.3 Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the law in your jurisdiction, these Terms will be interpreted to conform to that law while maintaining the maximum enforceability permitted.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

9.2 Arbitration Process

9.2.1 Initiating Arbitration

To begin the arbitration process, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our address. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes.

9.2.2 Arbitration Location

The arbitration will take place in Wyoming, USA. For claims of $10,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing.

9.2.3 Arbitrator's Decision

The arbitrator will make any award in writing but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by a party. The award will be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You and Gulf.support agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless both you and Gulf.support agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

9.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights pending the completion of arbitration.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by ceasing to use the Services. If you have an account with us, you may terminate your account by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us.

10.2 Termination by Gulf.support

10.2.1 With Cause

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. We may also terminate or suspend your access if:

  • You provide inaccurate, fraudulent, or false information
  • We believe your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or Gulf.support
  • We believe you are using the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • We are required to do so by law

10.2.2 Without Cause

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without cause and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination

10.3.1 Access to Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated, you may no longer have access to data, content, or information you have posted on the Services.

10.3.2 Survival

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10.3.3 No Refunds

We will not provide refunds for any paid services if your access to the Services is terminated due to your breach of these Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gulf.support regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.

11.2 Waiver

No failure or delay by Gulf.support in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Gulf.support's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. Gulf.support may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

11.5 Notices

Any notices or other communications provided by Gulf.support under these Terms will be given by posting to the Services or by email to the address you provide to us. You agree to receive all communications from us electronically.

11.6 Force Majeure

Gulf.support shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights on any person or entity who is not a party to these Terms.
